How we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use this site or contact us. Compliant with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Belgian Data Protection Act of 30 July 2018.

What data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry: name, company (optional), phone, email, and the message you send us via the contact form. With your marketing consent, we also collect a Meta browser cookie (_fbp/_fbc) and an anonymous user-agent / IP for ad-attribution. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 collects an anonymised client identifier and aggregated usage data. No payment data is processed on this site.
Why we use it
Lead intake (responding to quote requests, contract preparation), legal compliance (KBO/VAT records), and — only with your explicit consent — measuring marketing campaign performance and site analytics.
Lawful basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) for lead intake; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for fraud prevention and security; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for analytics and marketing cookies.
How long we keep it
Lead data: up to 24 months from last contact, then anonymised or deleted. Project records: 10 years (Belgian commercial law). Analytics: aggregated, no personal data retained beyond 14 months. Marketing event-data sent to Meta: up to 180 days at Meta's side.
Who we share data with
Supabase (EU-hosted database), Yuki (invoicing), Cegid (project management), Resend (transactional email — when used), Vercel (hosting). With marketing consent: Meta Ireland Ltd (Conversions API). With analytics consent: Google Ireland Ltd (GA4 / Tag Manager). All processors are GDPR-compliant. No data is sold.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may at any time access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, port it, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Email contact@igsolutions.eu and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be / autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
